Whether you’re looking for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert ideas, I have you covered. When you think of cream cheese, you probably picture something rich and indulgent. However, cream cheese isn’t a carb-heavy food. It’s a little high in calories and fat, but there are very few carbs in it. That’s why these keto cream cheese recipes are perfect for low-carb diets. Are you on the ketogenic diet? Are you just cutting back on your carb count? Either way, these recipes can help you indulge without losing your progress.
1. Keto Cheesecake
This tangy, no-bake cheesecake is gluten-free, sugar-free, and low-carb. It’s the ideal dessert option for practically any occasion. No matter someone’s dietary needs, they can probably have a slice. Top it with berries, sugar-free chocolate or caramel, or anything you like. It’s decadent and ridiculously tasty but still keto-friendly!
2. Cream Cheese Pound Cake
I’ll be honest with you. I might like cream cheese pound cake better than the original pound cake recipe. It has such a phenomenal texture. It’s soft and spongy, dense and buttery. In a word, it’s heavenly. Every bite is like a little taste of ambrosia on your tongue. Most people will never realize they’re eating a keto dessert with this one.
3. Keto Cream Cheese Cookies
You can make these crumbly, melt-in-your-mouth cookies with just six ingredients. (Five if you leave out the vanilla.) They’re dense peanut butter cookies that the whole family will love. Best of all, you can whip up a dozen in less than 20 minutes. Keep this recipe in mind if you’re craving something quick, sweet, and keto-compliant.
4. Keto Chocolate Cheesecake Fat Bomb
I don’t know what part of these fat bombs is my favorite. I love the crisp, crunchy outer shell. However, the rich chocolate/cream cheese filling is delightful, too. Let’s just say they are all-around delicious and leave it at that.
5. Keto Cauliflower Mac and Cheese
Cauliflower mac and cheese doesn’t seem natural, I know. Mac ‘n cheese is the ultimate American comfort food. It’s not supposed to be healthy. Even so, keto mac and cheese is the best of both worlds. You get all the creamy, cheesy comfort of the real thing. However, making it with cauliflower means it’s not as heavy. Just try it for yourself. Although it sounds weird, it’s pretty darned tasty.
6. 2-Minute Everything Seasoning Cream Cheese Dip
Do you need a quick appetizer or a last-minute party dish? This insanely flavorful dip comes together in just 2 minutes. Even better, there’s nothing ‘diet’ about it. It tastes like any delectable cream cheese dip you’ve ever enjoyed. *Note: Plenty of cream cheese dips are keto-friendly. This herby, garlicky one just happens to be one of my favorites. Just be sure you serve them with keto-friendly things for dipping.
7. Cream Cheese Cinnamon Roll Fat Bombs
Want fat bombs but aren’t in the mood for chocolate? Try these indulgent cinnamon ones instead. They’re soft, luscious, and full of sweet, delicate flavor.
8. Keto Chocolate Mousse
This light and airy keto mousse is like biting into a cloud. You could almost imagine it was insubstantial if it weren’t for the rich, bold flavor. It takes 10 minutes to pull together and looks as good as it tastes. Just be sure you make it ahead of time. It needs plenty of time to chill.
9. Cloud Bread
Cloud bread looks a little funny, I’ll admit. But when you want bread on the keto diet, it doesn’t matter how it looks. You make it with eggs, cream cheese, and cream of tartar. Add Italian seasoning, sea salt, and garlic powder for flavor. It’s so good that you can enjoy it by itself. It also works as sandwich bread or bread to dip into warm soups.
10. Keto Bagels with Bacon Scallion Cream Cheese
I like these keto bagels, even though they’re a little thin. They aren’t hard to make, have a mild taste, and are pretty filling. However, even if you don’t like bagels, don’t skip this recipe. The bacon scallion cream cheese spread is divine. You’ll want to sit around and eat it with a spoon by itself. It’s one recipe you may want to share with your non-keto friends. I promise you that they’ll thank you for it. You don’t have to be dieting to enjoy this scrumptious topping.
11. Keto Chicken Broccoli Casserole
This chicken broccoli casserole is cheesy and full of flavor. It has a rich, savory taste that’s also a tiny bit tangy. It tastes so unbelievably incredible. You won’t even miss the rice that most people put in broccoli casseroles.
12. Keto Bacon Cream Cheese Jalapeno Poppers
Some recipes are naturally keto-friendly. These jalapeno poppers are a great example of that. There are no special ingredients, and you won’t make them any differently than usual. They’re just one of those appetizers that don’t have a ton of carbs. Whip them up with seven simple ingredients in about 25 minutes. They make a great appetizer or game day snack.
13. Keto Sushi Rolls
So, how do you make rice-stuffed sushi rolls keto-friendly? Easy! By using cauliflower rice instead of the regular kind. These umami-packed sushi rolls are flavorful, filling, and fantastic. If you don’t tell people, they’ll never know they’re keto-friendly.
14. Bacon-Wrapped Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken
This double-meat main dish is a protein-heavy delight. You’ll wrap each tender, juicy chicken breast in thick, salty bacon. The deliciousness doesn’t end there, though. You’ll also stuff each chicken with a rich, herb cream cheese filling. Biting into it is like getting a whole second meal inside the first one. I recommend trying the stuffed chicken even if you don’t want the bacon. You won’t believe how truly terrific it is until you try it.
15. Cream Cheese Sausage Balls
These succulent sausage balls have it all. They’re thick, juicy, and full of spicy sausage and cheddar cheese. The only bad thing about these is that you won’t want to stop eating them. As written, the recipe yields over two dozen of these tasty treats. Unfortunately, I can just about eat that many without any help from friends. I don’t typically make the tangy dipping sauce in this recipe. However, you might enjoy it, so whip it up, too, if you like!
16. Chicken Pot Pie
You probably think chicken pot pie isn’t an option on the keto diet. Fortunately, you’re wrong about that. You just have to start with the correct crust. Once you have that, you’re all set. Load it down with chicken, mushrooms, veggies, and more. The crust may have a slightly different consistency than you’re used to eating. Luckily, the overly indulgent filling will quickly make up for that.
17. Keto Broccoli Cheese Soup
I gave up several things when I went on the keto diet. One of the hardest was broccoli cheese soup. This thick, creamy soup is one of my favorites. Sadly, in its ‘regular’ form, it’s not keto-friendly. This simple recipe gave broccoli cheese soup back to me. I cannot tell you how happy I was to discover it. It tastes like the real thing and takes less than 30 minutes to make. Enjoy!
18. Keto Swedish Meatballs
Forego the flour and double down on the sauce! That’s what makes these fat, keto-friendly meatballs so yummy. Plus, you can eat six of them for only two net carbs. It’s hard to say no to that!
19. Keto Cream Cheese Pancakes
I’ve tried keto pancakes before and they were a big disappointment because they just didn’t have the right texture. These, however, are something entirely different. They’re light, fluffy, and actually taste like pancakes. They’re pretty rich and sweet by themselves, so you might not need a topping. If you do, go with sugar-free syrup, berries, or homemade whipped cream.
20. Creamed Spinach with Cream Cheese
Looking for the creamiest creamed spinach around? This recipe is the one you want. It takes just 15 minutes to make and is the ultimate creamed spinach recipe. It’s a quick, easy side dish with only four net carbs per serving.
21. Keto Garlic Bread
I can’t enjoy anything even remotely Italian without garlic bread. Thanks to this recipe, I don’t have to, even when I’m dieting. The bread is thin and delightfully crunchy around the edges. It’s also covered in cheese and garlic and irresistible till the last bite. It tastes great with cavatini, meatballs, keto spaghetti, or even steak and potatoes. Let’s be honest, there’s not much it doesn’t taste great with.
22. Philly Cheesesteak Casserole
Most of what makes Philly cheesesteak great is already keto-compliant. The bread is the only issue. Eliminate that issue by turning your Philly cheesesteak sandwiches into casseroles instead. Each bite still boasts onions, peppers, cheese, and beef. There are even mushrooms and tons of yummy sauces, too. This casserole is so good that you’ll never even miss the bread.
23. Ground Beef Stroganoff
This beef stroganoff recipe is creamy and garlicky. It doesn’t contain any noodles. However, it’s so hearty and scrumptious that most people won’t mind. If you do need something to mimic the carbs, though, that’s okay. Use one of the keto bread recipes from this list and serve that alongside the stroganoff. The sauce is thick and flavorful, perfect for sopping with keto bread.
24. Creamy Garlic Parmesan Keto Pork Chops
These are some of the most incredible pork chops you’ll ever try. They’re thick, juicy, and smothered in a creamy, garlicky sauce. You can make them in 20 minutes in a single skillet. I know it sounds hyperbolic, but you’ll genuinely be amazed at how flavorful they are. Each bite is savory, earthy, and even umami-packed. Keto or no keto, this recipe is one of my all-time favorites for pork chops.
25. Bacon-Wrapped California Roll
Here’s another delicious sushi roll, this time wrapped in juicy bacon. They’re super indulgent. Sometimes, though, you need something extra special for an occasion. These bacon-wrapped California rolls definitely fit the bill. And with less than 0.1 net carbs per serving, how can you say no?
26. Cheese Ball with Cream Cheese, Bacon, and Green Onion
Anyone who knows me knows I go crazy for a good cheese ball. Well, this one is a good one, maybe even a great one. It has a salty, crunchy exterior and a smooth and creamy interior. The individual components all pair perfectly well together, too. Best of all, you can make it with just five ingredients! If you need a vegetarian-friendly version, leave out the bacon bits. You may want to go heavier on the green onions, too. Adding a dash of Worcestershire sauce isn’t a bad idea, either.
27. Blueberry Cream Cheese Muffins
Low in carbs and high in flavor, these muffins are the stuff. They are sweetly tart with plenty of tangy blueberry goodness in every bite. They require fewer than ten ingredients and take 30 minutes to make. They make delightful breakfast treats when you’re craving something sweet. They also work well as mid-day snacks or even dessert.
28. Keto Buffalo Chicken Dip
Buffalo chicken dip is supremely cheesy. I’m talking, “OMG! Where did all this cheese come from?!” cheesy. It’s also tangy, garlicky, and has the perfect amount of heat. Dip it with keto chips, celery sticks, or your favorite low-carb dipping snack. Don’t count on having any leftovers, though.
29. Mashed Cauliflower
These luscious mashed ‘potatoes’ are creamy, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth terrific. They feature a ton of garlic flavor and very few carbs. What’s the secret? Easy! They’re not potatoes at all. Instead, you’ll make them from cauliflower. People will probably know the difference. However, these taste so good that they won’t care very much.
30. 20-Minute Keto Pizza
This 20-minute keto pizza is surprisingly fantastic. The crust is thin and crunchy (sorry, hand-tossed lovers!). There’s also a ton of gooey cheese in every bite. Load it down with veggies, meats, and your other favorite low-carb toppings. Just be sure you also use a low-carb tomato/marinara sauce.
31. Keto Berries and Cream Popsicles
Anyone can freeze water on a stick and call it a popsicle. Unfortunately, that doesn’t do you much good when you want something sweet, cool, and creamy. That’s where these berries and cream popsicles come in. Each one is sweet-n-tangy, fruity, and ice cream-level creamy. They’re also pretty to look at and perfect for summer days. Even the kiddos will love these, and they’ll never know they are low-carb-friendly.
32. Keto Chili Cheese Dogs
You could easily make keto chili cheese dogs by leaving off the bun. Sometimes, though, you want the bun. Keto pigs-in-a-blanket to the rescue! Once they’re ready, load them down with chili and cheese. Easy peasy, super cheesy!
33. Keto Rolls
These golden keto rolls look, feel, and taste like yeasty dinner rolls. They’re light, airy, and 100% drool-worthy. They’re easy to make, too! And by ‘easy,’ I mean ridiculously easy. They take just 30 minutes and five ingredients. You can even prepare them with four ingredients if you leave out the baking powder. Serve them alongside any meat and veggies dish you like. They’ll likely be the star of the show. . Click on a star to rate it!
