After all, there’s nothing worse than having to make multiple meals when you’re trying to get in shape. Just because you’re cutting back doesn’t mean the whole house is, right? Luckily, with these quick and kid-friendly Weight Watchers Crock Pot recipes, the entire family can sit down together for a hearty and healthy dinner. And since they’re so hands-off, you’ll have more time to work out, play with the kids, or walk the dog. Talk about a win-win!

1. Weight Watchers Crock Pot Turkey Chili

Full of flavor, high in protein, and low in carbs, this is a fantastic zero-point chili recipe. It’s so good; I suggest you make a big batch and freeze it for a quick and warming meal on busy weeknights. You’ll leave the dinner table feeling full and satisfied after a serving of this chili. But since it’s zero points, you could add some cornbread to the side too.

2. Crock Pot Creamy Italian Chicken – Weight Watchers

This recipe is definitely a two-for-one deal!  Cook the meat in the Crock Pot, or whip it together in no time with your Instant Pot. Either way, the creamy chicken comes out tender, juicy, and filling! This is a low point dinner, especially if you enjoy it as a soup rather than over egg noodles or potatoes.

3. Weight Watchers Tuscan Chicken Pasta

Eating healthy doesn’t have to mean cutting out carbs! Instead, it is all about balancing each portion with veggies and healthy proteins. This Tuscan pasta is so rich and creamy and the sun dried tomatoes bring to life the lovely Tuscan flavor in the pasta. Depending on your plan, this recipe counts for 2-10 points.

4. Crock Pot Salsa Chicken

This slow cooker salsa chicken is an easy and delicious dinner to add to your menu.  It doesn’t get much simpler than just two ingredients and a green light on your slow cooker. The chicken will be so tender, juicy, and loaded with flavor after cooking for hours in your favorite salsa.  It can even be a zero-point dinner depending on how you enjoy this chicken. Pour it over corn tortillas with black beans and rice, or as a chicken tortillas soup. Yum!

5. Weight Watchers Slow Cooker Beef Stew

It doesn’t get much better than hearty potatoes, carrots, onion, and succulent, fall-apart beef. This recipe is calorie-friendly and brings the delicious flavors of home cooked beef stew right to your bowl. You can even make this in your Instant Pot for a quick and hearty dinner.

6. Slow Cooker Acorn Squash with Mango Chutney and Coconut

Vegans rejoice! This squash is so delicious; you’ll definitely want to make extra. It’s lightly sweet, but not so sweet you’d think it’s a Weight Watchers dessert. Instead, it features savory acorn squash cooked with tangy mango chutney and sweet coconut for a delicious vegan dinner centerpiece. Serve warm on its own or with a zesty quinoa salad.

7. Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Loin with Applesauce

Say it again for the people in the back: Applesauce. Barbecue. Pulled. Pork. Drool! Pork loin is a bit higher on the point scale than other proteins, but this recipe is worth the sacrifice. It’s crazy tender and melts in your mouth. The applesauce adds a delicious sweetness to the meat and pairs well with your favorite tangy slaw.

8. Weight Watchers Slow Cooker Sweet & Sour Chicken

Worried you’ll miss out on yummy takeout if you try Weight Watchers? Not with this sweet and sour recipe! Go ahead and use frozen stir fry vegetables to make this sweet and sour chicken insanely easy. This is perfect for prepping lunches, too!

9. Weight Watchers Cheeseburger Soup

I can’t lie: this doesn’t give you the same satisfaction as biting into a thick and juicy burger. But it is terrific if you have a craving. The thick, creamy, cheesy soup base brings to life the burger ingredients. For fewer calories, this is easily made with ground turkey in place of beef.

10. Slow Cooker Whole Chicken

Who needs rotisserie chicken when you can make your own for less? By slow-cooking a whole chicken, you’ll find deep saturation of herby flavor in every juicy bite.  Whether you enjoy this chicken as the center of your dinner or use it in other recipes, this is one recipe you have to try.

11. Skinny Slow Cooker or Instant Pot Lasagna Soup

If you are craving a delicious pan of cheesy lasagna without the guilt, give this fantastic Weight Watchers soup a try. This variation of lasagna soup is easy to throw together in your Crock Pot and is full of hearty vegetables and chunks of lasagna noodles.

12. Slow Cooked Rosemary Chicken

Minimal effort, maximum results – that’s all I want from an easy Weight Watchers chicken recipe. This is another whole chicken recipe that results in juicy chicken your entire family will love. If you’re looking for that rotisserie-style skin, pop this in the oven after the chicken has cooked. Oh, and be sure to save the drippings for a delicious gravy.

13. Easy Crock Pot Teriyaki Pork Roast

Teriyaki pork is a delicious Asian dinner that’s a breeze to whip up in your slow cooker. I recommend using a meat thermometer to avoid overcooking the pork loin. It’s easy to do, and the last thing you want is dry pork! Serve with rice and roasted veggies or in lettuce wraps for a filling teriyaki dinner.

14. Crock-Pot Beef Stroganoff

Weight Watchers or not, this is my go-to beef stroganoff recipe.  You’ll cook the meat low and slow, then wait to add the sour cream and dijon mustard until the very end to keep it from splitting. One thing to note is that this recipe does not account for added carbs if you choose to serve it over noodles or potatoes. But, you can easily make this a low-point meal by substituting those with keto egg noodles or mashed cauliflower.

15. Crock-Pot Taco Soup

Taco soup is a brothy chili-like soup that I regularly serve in my home. I love the sweet bursts of corn, soft stewed tomatoes, beans, and ground beef that are the center of this Mexican soup, and I think you will too. This is heavenly topped with plain Greek yogurt, and slices of avocado if you have points or free foods to spare.

16. Weight Watchers Stuffed Pepper Soup

Do you like stuffed pepper as much as I do? Now imagine all those unique flavors, but served in broth. Cook the ground turkey before adding it to the Crock Pot with tomatoes and bell peppers. Then, add the brown rice about an hour before the soup is done. This is a low-point dinner that’s great the day of and even better the next day. Or better yet, freeze a couple of batches and pull them out for a quick and guiltless dinner.

17. Slow Cooker Korean Chicken

Fusion cuisine is popular for a reason. So, you’ll just have to trust me when I say these Korean chicken lettuce tacos have to be on your meal plan this week!  This recipe will hit all five flavor profiles with savory soy sauce, bitter ginger, sweet brown sugar, spicy diced jalapeños, and salty Sriracha sauce.  I made this dish solely with chicken breasts, and the slow cooking made the meat tender and juicy.

18. Crock-Pot Vegan Vegetable Soup

Meatless Mondays just got a whole lot better! Warm your soul with a big bowl of vegetable soup made in the slow cooker. Full of vegetables, this soup is packed with nutrients and never lacks flavor.  I love adding some pepper flakes for a kick, too!

19. Slow Cooker Chicken & Sausage Gumbo

Looking to satisfy a Cajun craving? I’ve got you covered. This gumbo is out of this world and full of flavor and texture with chunks of chicken and smoked sausage, bell peppers, tomatoes, and crunchy okra.  To make it extra special, go ahead and throw some sautéed shrimp into the mix just before serving.

20. Weight Watchers Crock Pot Lemon Garlic Chicken

I’m always down for delicious and moist chicken breast on a hot summer’s day. And with this Weight Watchers Crock Pot recipe, all you need to do is toss the lemon garlic chicken in the slow cooker before heading out for the day. It’ll be ready come dinner time and is perfect for serving over a cold salad.

21. Weight Watchers Slow Cooker Chipotle’s Barbacoa Beef

Who knew that Chipotle’s barbacoa beef was Weight Watchers-friendly?  Let this flavor-packed beef cook on low for the day, or throw this together in a jiff in your pressure cooker! Either way, it’s a win in my books.

22. Slow Cooker Pork Carnitas

Pork carnitas have never let me down, and honestly, these are no exception. They really don’t taste “healthy,” and that’s a good thing! With a couple of extra steps in preparation, this pulled pork taco meat is juicy and has a delicious crunch when served on corn tortillas. If you have an Air Fryer, it will add a lovely crispy edge to the meat in no time at all. Just be sure you use a tray, so the juices don’t run.

23. Slow Cooker Cranberry Turkey Meatballs

Meatballs are such a diverse protein, and they’re ideal for Weight Watchers appetizers and dinners. This recipe results in juicy, tart cranberry glaze meatballs that are a sure-fire crowd-pleaser.  By making your own, you can easily cut back on some of the more fatty ingredients.

24. Slow Cooker Meatloaf

Lean, mean slow-cooked meatloaf? Count me in. This recipe combines ground turkey and lean ground beef to satisfy any avid meatloaf lover. And with it being slow-cooked, you know it’s about as juicy as it gets. Put this on the table, and it’ll fly like a bat out of hell!

25. Weight Watchers Slow Cooker Lasagna

Sometimes you have to give yourself a cheat day, and this slow cooker lasagna is the perfect pasta dinner to satiate your hunger! This recipe is a classic lasagna recipe with delicious layers of tomato sauce, ground beef, and cheese. Slow-cooked and tossed together in your Crock Pot, it’s totally indulgent.
