And they aren’t just limited to drinks! Add ACV to desserts as a flavor enhancer and to help the texture of baked goods. Or, add some to savory dishes to balance salt and make a richer dish. Once your salmon is fork tender and cooked through, I love this salmon on a leafy green salad. There’s no dressing required, but you could save some firecracker sauce for your salad, too!
6. Easy Bourbon Chicken
Have I mentioned how much I love an easy meal? Busy lifestyles don’t mean you have to eat boring, lifeless foods. Despite the name, there’s no bourbon in this recipe. The chicken is coated in a sweet and sticky sauce made with a few pantry staples. Ketchup and ACV add a sour tang, brown sugar adds the sweet and sticky, and soy sauce finishes it off. Talk about an easy dish that has everything you want in one bowl!
7. Apple Cider Vinegar Chicken
Sometimes, it’s best to keep it basic. This recipe is a simple method of marinating chicken before cooking and has endless uses. The ACV not only adds flavor to chicken breast, but it also tenderizes the meat, too! The marinade is so easy, you can throw it together in the morning for tender, juicy chicken for dinner. Grill your chicken, and add it to any of your normal chicken dishes. You won’t be disappointed, I promise!

Meatballs take my vote for the number one comfort food out there. This is especially true when they’re coated in creamy gravy and served over noodles. The key to perfectly spiced Swedish meatballs is allspice, nutmeg, and onion powder. The silky gravy is best made with ACV, Worcestershire, and sour cream. Don’t forget the beef base!
