There are a ton of diets out there, and the hardest part is adhering to strict guidelines that leave you unsatisfied. But that’s not the case with these soup recipes.  With cozy bowls like tortellini soup and clam chowder, you can reach your weight loss goal and still eat the foods you love.  Want carbs? Try spaghetti and meatball soup.  Have a massive craving for Mexican food? Taco soup comes to the rescue! From winter to fall, you’ll find a Weight Watchers soup on this list for every season and occasion.

1. Weight Watchers Zero Point Cabbage Soup

No matter how many times you eat this soup, you won’t need to worry about tracking your calories because it’s zero points, plus, it’s a powerhouse of nutrients.  There’s a whole bounty of veggies in a single bowl, including carrots, zucchini, green beans, and a ton of cabbage.  To give the soup a deep flavor and more protein, you can use a non-fat beef broth. I think bone broth is also an excellent choice.

2. Weight Watchers Taco Soup

Greasy Mexican food might not be ideal for your diet, but this taco soup is.  Between the lean ground turkey and the seasoning, it gratifies your cravings. It also takes only 30 minutes to make and will cost you one point per serving.

3. Weight Watchers Tortellini Soup

The best thing about Weight Watchers is you won’t have to give up pasta. However, there is a right way to go about it like this soup. It’s got oodles of tortellini in every bite. It’s even got a healthy helping of veggies. You can add in some ground turkey sausage if you need a bit more protein. Just be sure to choose lean meat.

4. Weight Watchers Garden Vegetable Soup

Talk about an overabundance of veggies! This garden-fresh soup is chock full of them.  Including everything but the kitchen sink, you’ll toss in all sorts of veggies like cabbage, carrots, spinach, and more. It also has some tomato paste to give it a little more oomph. I find this to be an exceptionally cozy winter warmer to beat the chill and stay healthy.

5. Weight Watchers Zero Point Asian Soup

Slim down in no time with this enticing Asian soup. It’s full of satiating umami flavors and a subtle hint of spice.  Bamboo shoots give the soup a bit more texture and crunch. I particularly like how much fresh ginger elevates the simple seasoning of this soup.

6. Weight Watchers Crockpot Potato Soup

Another favorite winter soup of mine is this six-ingredient potato soup. It takes canned cream of chicken soup and hash browns and turns them into a luscious creamy soup. What’s even more surprising is there’s no blending necessary. You can top this off with some bacon and cheese, but keep in mind this will change the number of personal points.

7. Weight Watchers Stuffed Pepper Soup

What happens when you deconstruct stuffed peppers and combine them with broth? You’ll get this tantalizing recipe. It’s a super hearty mix of lean ground turkey, bell peppers, and brown rice.  The recipe does call for slow cooking which will take quite some time. However, if you have an Instant Pot, you can speed things right up.

8. Butternut Squash Bisque

I can’t lap up enough of this soup come fall!  I love how creamy it is thanks to the Greek yogurt. I also love how well the sweetness of the butternut squash pairs with the pungent infusion of the sage.  I like mine with some capsaicin both for the spice and fullness effect.  However, if cayenne is too hot, you can try Hungarian paprika. It’s on the sweet side and pairs really well.

9. Chicken and Orzo Soup With Fennel

This Mediterranean-inspired soup is super fresh and cozy at the same time.  The chicken breast and orzo will fill you right up. While the fennel, dill, and lemon add more layers of flavor.

10. Chili Lime Black Bean Soup

If you want something that’s flavorsome and economical, this soup is a great choice.  Black beans are the base, making it more affordable and healthy.  My favorite part, though, is how jalapeno, lime, and spice doctor up the earthiness with an explosion of flavor.

11. Creamy Asparagus Soup with Roasted Pepper Puree

This soup has a secret ingredient and it’s, wait for it, silken tofu. It not only adds in some protein, but also is the trick for a thick, creamy texture.  I absolutely dig how fresh and creamy the asparagus tastes. The roasted pepper puree is also a wonderful touch that adds a little burst of flavor.

12. Fresh Manhattan Clam Chowder

Looking for a tasty summer soup that’s Weight Watchers friendly? Go with this clam chowder.  Manhattan clam chowder uses a rich tomato base that has a simple seasoning and splash of clam juice.  Plus, it’s full of juicy clams!

13. Green Pea Soup with Yogurt Dill Cream Sauce

This Weight Watchers soup is a tasty way to adhere to your diet come spring.  You’ll saute green peas, potatoes, and leeks, then blend until creamy. For the grand finale, top it with dill yogurt and diced tomatoes. An immersion blender is ideal, but you can use a regular blender, too. Just be careful when transferring because it’s hot!

14. Vegetable Barley Soup

This barley soup is a tried and true classic that’s only worth two personal points. The combination of hearty grain and fresh veggies make this a phenomenal comfort food to add to your winter soup arsenal.  Keep in mind, barley does take some time to cook so this one won’t be quick. However, it’s so filling and delicious, you won’t care!

15. Toasted Quinoa Soup

I never would have thought to toast quinoa before I came across this soup. It adds a nutty element to make this simple soup even more complex.  I love the bright seasoning in the broth and the tasty array of zucchini, bell peppers, and potatoes.  However, the veggies do leave some room for interpretation so you can use any combination you like.

16. Jerk Turkey Slow Cooker Soup

Are you craving something meaty? Try this recipe.  It has thick chunks of turkey that are coated in a jerk seasoning and left to slow cook for hours. The final result is a savory, scrumptious soup that hits the spot!  If you don’t have any jerk on hand, fear not because it’s simple to make.  You’ll use allspice, cayenne, and ginger. Of course, you’ll want to add in some salt and pepper, too.

17. Greek Orzo and Lemon Chicken Soup

Another excellent way to turn orzo and chicken into a Weight Watchers soup is with this recipe. Dill and lemon give it a bright, fresh flavor that is very much Greek.  The real secret, however, is in the broth. This recipe blends eggs and tosses them in to make it even richer and creamier.  If you’re trying to reduce your carb intake, you can use cauliflower rice instead. I also recommend using a store-bought rotisserie chicken to cut down on the work.

18. Zucchini and Rosemary Soup

Don’t underestimate the simplicity of this soup! It’s as light as it is refreshing, making it a top choice for summer. The base is mostly zucchini with some potato added in for thickening. Then, there’s just a pinch of rosemary and garlic for seasoning.  While this soup is meant to be served hot, I think you could also eat it cold, especially if it’s a super hot sunny day.

19. Spaghetti and Meatball Soup

Spaghetti and meatballs may sound odd as a soup. However, one bite and it will all make sense.  Tender spaghetti and juicy turkey meatballs are swimming in a rich tomato broth with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.  While it does use up a bit more personal points than some of the other soups, it’s less than 250 calories per serving.

20. Slow Cooker Minestrone Soup

Minestrone is a classic Italian soup that never disappoints. It’s filling, incredibly yummy, and full of nourishment.  This recipe does call for a long list of veggies and herbs. However, if you don’t have everything on the list you can improvise. It will take about an hour to pull together unless you use an Instant Pot. Either way, I say make a big batch and freeze some for a busy weeknight. Click on a star to rate it!
