Pasta is always better when it’s covered in a delightfully creamy sauce. Whether you have allergies or are vegan by choice, you won’t have to miss out on this crave-able meal.  Whip up a flavorful butternut puree and add some of that starchy pasta water. You’ll have a creamy sauce in no time.  You can also use any type of pasta, but I think linguine is great because it holds the sauce well. The fried sage is also a must, so don’t skip it!

I never thought I’d be talking about a butternut squash slider, but here we are. However, this is not a patty of squash. Flavorful cubes of butternut squash are layered onto slider rolls to make a fantastic sandwich.  The caramelized onions give it a savory and satisfying flavor. And the sriracha mayo provides just the right amount of spice and sauciness. 

17. Butternut Squash Stuffed Shells

This last dish is one of my favorites. Butternut squash stuffed shells make a spectacular dinner party dish, and they’re delicious any time.  Giant pasta shells get filled with cashew “ricotta,” spinach, butternut squash, and some herbs and spices.
